UPDATE: Based upon Gov. Kay Ivey's July COVID-19 orders, the Pool /Gym restrictions have been extended until August 31, 2020.
Our Property Manager and Board of Directors have heard our owners and renters !! We have removed the restriction to our Temporary Pool Rules and Regulations that required an owner or renter to accompany any of their guests using the pool or gym facilities. All other rules / regulations remain in effect. See the full regulations (below).
POOL / GYM RESTRICTIONS EXTENDED These restrictions will be strictly enforced. Fines will be levied against any owner that violates these rules or allows their tenant to violate these rules.
The pool area will be limited to 25 people with a limit of 4 people total per condo (which would include any possible guests) at any one time. The social distancing (6 feet) at pool area, in pool and in hot tub should be followed. Please be courteous of your time in the hot tub since only 3 are allowed at one time. The Board suggests sanitizing tables and chairs before and after each use.
Our exercise / gym facilities are available subject to social distancing guidelines from the ADPH. Based upon space limitations in the Clubhouse, the Board has limited the number of exercisers to 3 people total at any one time with each maintaining a 6-foot distance. All equipment will require an IMMEDIATE wipe down with disinfectant wipes after each individual use to protect and safeguard the health of the next resident / guest (please bring your own disinfectant with you.)
