The Board of Directors and Property Manager met with Trey Steber from Kone on Tuesday, July 2nd, regarding future elevator replacements. Considering maintenance records and entrapments, Buildings G and E were selected as the next two elevators to be replaced. Trey informed us that, as of January 2025, building codes were changing for elevator installation and that would increase the price significantly. By signing a contract to replace one 3-story and one 4-story elevator by December, the Association will save almost $33,000 total. The current plan is to sign a contract soon to replace Buildings G and E.

The Board recently appointed a committee to poll all owners with regards to the Rental Impact Administration Fee. That committee drafted a survey which asked several questions regarding this.
