Most of the Enclave at Oak Hill's documents (including our governing documents) are stored on the Baldwin County Probate website. Outward appearances might lead you to believe that you have to pay to get a copy of documents stored there. That is incorrect.
This document will give instructions on how to get copies of our documents which are stored there.

The Board of Directors and Property Manager met with Trey Steber from Kone on Tuesday, July 2nd, regarding future elevator replacements. Considering maintenance records and entrapments, Buildings G and E were selected as the next two elevators to be replaced. Trey informed us that, as of January 2025, building codes were changing for elevator installation and that would increase the price significantly.
