As you all know, a primary responsibility of the Board of Directors is the care and maintenance of The Enclave at Oak Hill. This is to preserve the beauty, safety, and property value of the complex. You have all likely noticed the deterioration of the stairwells, due to corrosion over the years. This situation has weighed heavily on the minds of the Board members. These last couple of years the Board has been discussing repairs of the damage and feels it is time to move forward, as the damage will only continue to increase over time.

Most of the Enclave at Oak Hill's documents (including our governing documents) are stored on the Baldwin County Probate website. Outward appearances might lead you to believe that you have to pay to get a copy of documents stored there. That is incorrect.
This document will give instructions on how to get copies of our documents which are stored there.

The Board received the attached letter today from St. Johns Business Services. According to this letter, effective immediately the St. Johns business office will no longer be open to the public for condominium business. You will have to conduct your financial transactions and other business via some other method.
