Our Pest and Termite Company, Lewis Pest Control, will be performing our yearly termite inspection beginning Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. and continuing on Friday, May 17, 2024 if needed.  They will be inspecting the entire perimeter of our buildings and each Sentricon station installed. Buildings "F", "I", and the Clubhouse will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

A representative from Lewis Critter Gitters will be onsite to inspect / spray for pests in these buildings during this time frame.

Our Rules and Regulations stipulate that:
