Duct Doctor will be onsite beginningg Monday, 10/24/2022 for approximately two (2) weeks cleaning the dryer vents in every condo unit. They will be cleaning the inside portion of the dryer vents first and after all inside ducts have been cleaned, they will be cleaning the outside portion of the ducts.  Outside vent caps will be replaced aas necessary.

Buildings "F", "I", and the Clubhouse will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

A representative from Lewis Critter Gitters will be onsite to inspect / spray for pests in these buildings during this time frame.
