Cats must be kept indoors unless on a leash or otherwise confined.
Dogs must be kept indoors unless on a leash or otherwise confined.
Dogs may not be left unattended on the balcony or left unattended on the first floor patio.
IMMEDIATE Cleanup and Disposal of Pet Waste is Required !
