As we all have experienced at different times, parking spots can become a premium in front of your building. This not a constant problem but your Board of Directors would suggest a courtesy you could extend to your fellow owners. If you leave a vehicle in front of your building for periods longer than a week without it moving, consider parking in the middle parking areas. This will free up more spaces directly in front of your building for your neighbors that are here. This will allow easier access to the elevator and stairways for those in the residence.
