    As you know, the Board of Directors is proposing a Third Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium for The Enclave at Oak Hill. Rather, the amendment will only effect owners that purchade their unit after the amendment is recorded at the Baldwin County Probate Office (if the amendment is approved by a 2/3 majority of owners).
