ARENA FIRE PROTECTION PERSONNEL WILL BE GOING INSIDE EVERY ROOM IN YOUR CONDO. THE FIRE ALARMS WILL BE SOUNDED IN EACH BUILDING AS EACH CONDO IS INSPECTED.  THESE INSPECTIONS ARE MANDATORY ANNUALLY AND REQUIRED BY LAW.  ACCESS INSIDE EACH CONDO UNIT MUST BE PROVIDED AND IS NECESSARY AND REQUIRED PER OUR COA CONDO DOCS. OUR PROPERTY MANAGER WILL BE ACCOMPANYING ARENA FIRE PROTECTION PERSONNEL DURING THESE INSPECTIONS AND WE ASK THAT ALL GUESTS AND RESIDENTS BE COOPERATIVE DURING THIS

On Monday, July 11, 2022 between 9 and 10 a.m., the water is being cut off to our entire complex.  There is a leaking main water line that will be repaired on Monday. The repair and water cut-off are estimated to take between 6 and 8 hours. 

Be sure to shower before 9 a.m. and you should fill your tub with water so you can flush your toilet if needed. 

Buildings "C", "D", "E", and "J" will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

• April

A representative from Lewis Critter Gitters will be onsite to inspect / spray for pests in these buildings during this time frame.

Buildings "F", "I", and the Clubhouse will be sprayed quarterly on the third Friday of these months:

• November
• February
• May

They will be cleaning the inside portion of the dryer vents first and after all inside ducts have been cleaned, they will be cleaning the outside portion of the ducts.  Outside vent caps will be replaced aas necessary.
