James Borders Welcome to our web site. This is the new site for The Enclave at Oak Hill, a condominium complex located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Every effort will be made to bring the owners and potential owners pertinent and timely information regarding The Enclave at Oak Hill.

A few of the items find on our site are:

Membership meeting notices
Links to external web sites such as the Baldwin County web site where you can find the condominium by-laws, etc.
A weather applet which shows current weather conditions in Gulf Shores, AL
Communications from our Board President and Directors, our Property Management team, and others.
Photographs of the property and surrounding attractions
A Google Map showing the property location with a search function for local businesses, restaurants, etc.
A document storage and retrieval system
And much, much more.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

+ - GARBAGE Click to collapse

Please DO NOT leave garbage outside of your Unit door. There is NO garbage pickup-up service. Owners will be charged a fee if our Property Manager has to remove garbage which has been placed outside the Unit door.

Garbage placed on the concrete outside of the Unit door often leaves a stain on the concrete. This is very unsightly and neighbors often complain about this. Please be courteous to all by taking all garbage to one of the two dumpsters located in our parking lot area.

Waste Management will empty the dumpsters three (3) times per week - Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
