The Enclave at Oak Hill's Board of Directors have adopted NEW Rules and Regulations effective October 20, 2025. Along with these new rules, the consolidated Fee Schedule has been updated. Both of these documents can be viewed on this website on the DOCUMENTS menu tab under PUBLIC DOCUMENTS and then RULES & REGULATIONS - FEE SCHEDULE.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

+ - GARBAGE Click to collapse

Please DO NOT leave garbage outside of your Unit door. There is NO garbage pickup-up service. Owners will be charged a fee if our Property Manager has to remove garbage which has been placed outside the Unit door.

Garbage placed on the concrete outside of the Unit door often leaves a stain on the concrete. This is very unsightly and neighbors often complain about this. Please be courteous to all by taking all garbage to one of the two dumpsters located in our parking lot area.

Waste Management will empty the dumpsters three (3) times per week - Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
