Our insurance company has hired BSC Forensics to test our doors and windows for any damage during Hurricane Sally in September of 2020. They will be on our property Tuesday, February 15, 16 & 17, 2022, to test all doors and windows. They will begin the inspections at 9 AM and work until 5 PM. I have no way of knowing what time or day we will be accessing your condo for inspection.
The technicians will only be gathering data for the insurance company and WILL NOT be able to answer any

THESE INSPECTIONS ARE MANDATORY ANNUALLY AND REQUIRED BY LAW. ACCESS INSIDE EACH CONDO UNIT MUST BE PROVIDED AND IS NECESSARY AND REQUIRED PER OUR COA CONDO DOCS.
